The weather has changed, and once again, it is easy to see why Rockport is a popular tourist destination this time of year.  The cooler weather is welcome, but an even more welcome site is the influx of Winter Texans. 

Every year at this time, people from all over the nation begin to make their annual pilgrimage to our community.  They come from places like Alaska, New Hampshire, Wyoming, Michigan, Minnesota, Kansas, Oklahoma, and even as close as the Texas panhandle.

We are so blessed to welcome many of these folks to our congregation as they consider Coastal Oaks their church home for a few months.  I just love this time of year as we have an opportunity to meet new friends and renew friendships with old friends.
