About UsCoastal Oaks Church is located on the Texas Gulf Coast in Aransas County. The church began in 1983 when a visionary group of people saw the need for a new congregation in the Rockport-Fulton area. The ministry of COC has expanded over the years to include a variety of vibrant ministries. You can read about those ministries by clicking the "Leadership Team" bar to the right. Pastor Kevin is assisted by this incredible team of volunteer ministry leaders. Coastal Oaks is affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention (www.sbc.net) and with the Southern Baptists of Texas Convention (www.sbtexas.com).
